Company
Our Mission is to provide small and medium size enterprises with an affordable, practical and easy-to-use suite of applications and services to help them and their team get the job done, online, on time and on budget.

We began as a website design shop with a robust hosting platform and evolved by developing a customer-driven knowledge base. ASP Platform Services LLC provides online applications and professional services to small and medium sized organizations that want to improve their productivity by conducting business on the Internet where possible.

We have focused much of our attention on the growing needs of the sheriffs in Pennsylvania as they seek to use the Internet to improve their public services. The M4app - Sheriff Sale Automation system is an online application designed to automate the mortgage foreclosure real estate sheriff sale process in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Our seasoned team of business and Internet veterans bring a wealth of experience to our mission.

Management Team

Scott A. Blair
Managing Director & Founder
Our company's roots date back to the 1980's when our founder Scott Blair started On-Line Credit Card Services, Inc. OLCCS deployed hardware and transaction processing services over private commercial networks to small and medium sized businesses. This was the precursor to what we all know today as e-commerce. The company was sold in the early 1990's prior to the commercialization of the Internet. In 1997, Mr. Blair developed the first commercial non-partisan political portal in the United States, massPolitics.com. It became the central repository of all Massachusetts political information and helped pioneer the business of politics on the Internet. A native of Pennsylvania, Mr. Blair was elected in 1977 in the town of Bloomsburg, Columbia County as a State Constable at the age of 19. Mr. Blair was appointed a Deputy Sheriff of Columbia County in 1978 and was one of the first sheriff deputies to be certified under Act 120 in 1979.
